As part of our Government Unit, Year 5 enjoyed learning about Preferential Voting by participating in their very own election. The teachers and students set up the polling booths and ballot papers. Although the candidates were a little different to those seen in other elections, the event still provided students with a better understanding of the voting process. This was a very successful learning experience for our up and coming leaders.
